When you send a quote request or submit a design from the configurator, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city and any notes. We also receive the design you configured (dimensions, doors, refrigeration options and the estimate shown), the page you came from, and the optional box for offers and updates if you tick it. Designs you build are stored only in your own browser until you submit them or copy the share link.
To respond to your quote request, follow up on your design and, if you agreed to it, to send you occasional offers and updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Your details are stored in our email system and in our CRM. Our website forms may use a spam-protection service. We do not sell your personal information.
For as long as needed for our business relationship with you. We delete it on request.
To ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it or stop offers and updates, email info@trustcooling.ca.
